Happy New Year

hope you all have a great New Year. We sat in and had a few drinks, watched the TV and at the bells we were treated to fireworks going off up observatory hill which our house is right next to. The fireworks were going off above our house and Archie slept through it all. I even had to go in and check on him as I couldnt believe he didnt wake. He woke at 9.30am. I cant believe how much this little boy loves his sleep.

We went to MIL's for dinner yesterday and stayed the night. Archie's cousins were up and they sat and played with him for ages. He just adores his cousins and all the rough and tumble that comes with having 4 boys in the house. We put him down at 8.30pm and he cried for a few minutes but then went to sleep until 9am. I think I am well and truly spoiled having a child that sleeps so well although Mark is going back to work tomorrow so no doubt we will all be woken up early as usual !!!!!!!

Missed Torchwood last night so once Archie goes down for his afternoon sleep I will put this on teleport replay or I might even get a LO done. Havent scrapped in ages and feel like I have withdrawl symptoms. I have to get some of my photos developed and once I have these can get some christmas LO's done. I have got the gorgeous blonde moments christmas papers and ribbons to do these. Wish I had got more piccies of Archie opening his pressies though but he really wasnt that interested so will make up for it next year when I can imagine the wrapping paper will be flying.

Mark is feeling terrible ( hungover ) and he is off to the footie later so will be just me and my little boy. Might get some lining paper and crayons out for him as he loves drawing so this will hopefully occupy him for a little while. Off to have a quick browse through UKS before hubby cant handle Archie anymore
